In May 2014 Printing House "Image-Press" launched the process of roll-to-roll printing.
These products may be of interest to companies engaged in a personalization directly from roll and manufacturers of envelopes and labels. Printing on Heidelberg M-600 web offset printing machine, which allows to produce 4+4 chromaticity products, apply envelope glue 1+0, apply perforation, cut the edge of roll to the desired width, in a line in a single pass. Instead of envelope glue, scented varnishes 1+0 or WD varnish 1+0 can be applied. Depending on customer requirements, the range of papers 40 g/m2 to 250 g/m2 can be used, roll width from 440 to 965 mm and two cartridges options 70 mm and 76 mm. Monitoring equipment from BST is installed on a printing press for color control, which allows real time monitoring, directly in the printing process without stopping. Offset web printing in compare to UV inks printing has higher quality at lower cost.
Products for mailing
Complicated advertizing messages, folded many times or distributable inside of other materials (inside catalogue for example). Materials of different sizes, with parallel and (or) transversal folds, as well as, with stamping-out, perforation and labeling. Advertizing product may contain coupon, prepaid envelope, pasted-in plastic or paper card, coin, sticker and have erasable scratch layer.
Self-mailer – it’s a letter, designed with address field, perforation and glue lines. Single sheet of paper forming to complete envelope, according to self-mailer system; recipient finds out content of the letter only after tear of perforation. We can distribute discount or present coupons, invitation tickets, receipts, even bank checks, combining different ways of printing and perforation, and this would cost much more cheaper then regular post!
Usually, size of standard unfold mailer is A4, two folds. Maximal size of mailer – A3 format, maximal number of folds – six. There are two ways of folding – “booklet” and “Z- shaped”. Paper with density from 60 to 250 g/m2 can be used for mailer production. Paper can be offset, gloss, mat, metalized, structural and etc. But, if mailer is put to the franking, then paper surface must be offset.
You can use self-mailers almost in any project, but most effective to use mailers as follows:

Advertizing samples distribution – is one of the most effective and inexpensive ways of sales promotion. Sampling – way of sales promotion, used for informing of customer about quality of product during entering the goods into the market, also during stimulating of sales or renewal of purchase requirement. Personalization both of the advertising media and sachets (probe) is possible.

Equipment is constructed in special way for folding of small formats (minimal distance between folds is 18mm), what makes it ideal for small information materials production, printed on thin paper: medicine manuals, lottery tickets and other similar products. Personalization is also possible.
